Stuck on something? Here's the fastest route to an answer, in order.
1. Ask the chat
For anything on your site — changing words, photos, pages, colors, forms — the chat in the editor is the fastest fix, because it doesn't just explain, it does the work. Just describe what you want in plain words.
For questions about your account or your numbers — visits, leads, your trial, your domain — the chat on your dashboard looks up your real information and answers straight.
2. Check this help center
The articles here cover how heyolive itself works: publishing, domains, billing, backups, and more. Use the search box on the help home page to find a topic fast.
3. Write to a real person
Some things need a human — a billing question with a wrinkle, something that looks broken, a feature request, or you're just going in circles. Send us a message and a real person reads it and replies by email. No ticket numbers, no bots, no "your call is important to us."
What helps us help you fast:
- The email address you signed up with, so we can find your account
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The page or site it happened on, if it's about something specific
