Here's how paying for heyolive works, in plain words.
The price
heyolive is $99/month for your first site and $79/month for each additional site, after a 7-day free trial.
That's the whole price. It includes hosting, the AI editor, publishing, your leads inbox, backups, the secure padlock for your domain — everything. There are no setup fees, no surprise add-ons, and no charge for making changes.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial for one site. You don't need a credit card to start — build your site, publish it, and see how it feels. When the trial is close to ending, we'll email you a heads-up.
Adding a card and managing your plan
Everything billing-related lives on your account page: adding or updating your card, seeing your plan, adding more sites, and cancelling. You can also ask the chat things like "when does my trial end?" or "how do I add a card?" — it looks up your real account status and gives you the link.
If you cancel or a payment fails
Honest answer: your published site eventually pauses — visitors see a "paused" notice instead of your pages. But nothing is deleted. All your pages, words, photos, and leads stay saved. Fix the payment (or resubscribe) and publish again, and your site comes right back exactly as it was.
You can also download a full backup any time, before or after cancelling.
