Two features we get asked about a lot — here's the honest status of both.
Online store — coming soon
Selling products directly on your site — a cart, checkout, taking card payments, order management for pickup or delivery — is built and in final testing, but it isn't switched on yet. We'd rather ship it solid than ship it fast, because it handles your money.
What you can do today:
- Take order requests. Your site can list what you offer and let customers send an order request through a form — you get the details in your leads inbox and arrange payment your usual way. Ask the chat to "add an order request form."
- Use payment links. If you already take payments through Square, Stripe, PayPal, or similar, those services give you payment links — and your site's buttons can point at them. Tell the chat: "Make this button link to my payment page."
Collections — coming soon
Collections are for sites with lists of similar things that each deserve their own page — property listings, menu items, class schedules, a product catalog. Also built, also in final testing, also not switched on yet.
What you can do today: the chat can build beautiful sections listing your offerings — a menu section, a services grid, a gallery of past work. For most sites, that covers it until collections arrive.
