Forms and your leads inbox
When someone fills out the contact form on your site, that's a lead — a real person asking for your help. Here's how heyolive makes sure you never miss one.
What happens when someone writes you
- You get an email right away with everything they typed.
- They get an instant friendly reply letting them know you got their message — so they don't wander off to a competitor while they wait. (You can turn this off if you prefer.)
- The message is saved in your leads inbox on your dashboard, so even if the email gets buried, the lead doesn't.
Your leads inbox
Open your dashboard and look for Leads. Every message, email signup, and order request lives there in one list. New ones are marked so you can see at a glance what needs attention, and you can mark each one handled once you've replied. You can also just ask the chat: "Any new leads this week?"
Speed matters — a lot
Here's the honest truth about leads: most people hire whoever answers first. Replying within minutes instead of hours is the single biggest thing you can do to win more work. The instant auto-reply buys you a little time, but a quick personal follow-up wins the job.
Changing your form
Want different questions on your form? Tell the chat: "Add a question asking what service they need" or "Make the phone number required." You can also send form submissions to extra email addresses or a spreadsheet — just ask.
Spam protection is built in — bots get filtered out quietly, so what reaches you is real people.
